Full Job Description

  • Place valuation orders with real estate appraisers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Facilitate the completion of the reports from order entry to completion
  • Maintain daily orders which can consist of outbound calls placed to vendors, receipt of inbound calls from vendors, order notation, identification and appropriate resolution of vendor profile issues and handling of transaction issues as directed by Management.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and vendors
  • Identify and correct deficiencies in order to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Manage vendor timelines, appointments and engagement agreements
  • Ensure appropriate escalation paths are followed and timely resolution is accomplished
  • Provide suggestions in order to assist the team with resolving every day operational challenges
  • Attend and participate in regular department meetings and provide feedback when necessary
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to adapt well to a fast paced and constantly changing business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks within critical time frames
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with knowledge of all Microsoft applications, with emphasis in Excel and Outlook
  • Creative problem solving abilities

  • Basic appraisal knowledge preferred
  • Prior job experience in the real estate appraisal industry is preferred

Full Job Description

Job Location: Remote Position (work at home)

Shift hours: Flexible Shifts including Weekend and Evening Shifts

Compensation: Commensurate with Experience

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Review all types of appraisal products to ensure they meet Agency (GSE) and client specific guidelines
  • Ensure that all steps of the QC process are completed accurately within the specified timeframes
  • Request revisions, corrections and/or clarifications on deficient appraisal products
  • Provide guidance on vendor correspondence regarding revisions requested
  • Review and approve or dispute client generated revision requests
  • Maintain daily logs as specified by team lead and/or management
  • Ensure appropriate escalation paths are followed and timely resolution is accomplished
  • Attend and participate in department meetings and provide feedback when necessary
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
